3) Vertical slurry pump general features:                                 

1. Xiyue Brand XP/XPR Hard metal and rubber lined pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps.

 They are designed for heavy continuous handling of abrasive and corrosive slurries whilst

 submerged in sumps or pit .

2. Our XP/XPR pump has no shaft seal, easy to maintenance and cost less. Hard metal and

 rubber parts are optional for different applications and interchangeable. 

3. They are mainly used in: Power Plant, Chemical Process, Coal, Heavy Minerals,

Mill Discharge, Lime Grinding, Slag Granulation, FGD, Waste Water ect.

4) Vertical slurry pump structure:                                       

1. Wear-resistant metal, the impeller selection of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane material.

2. XPR type pump parts are immersed in liquid rubber lining.

3. Different length of the pump drive shaft or inhaled can be selected according to the residue 

slurry pond surface level, 
4. V-belt drive and drive, and flexible coupling. 
5. Bearing used lubricating oils. 
6. The use of variable-speed and a variety of ways, making the best condition in the pump operation,

 long service life, run-effective and can meet many bad transportation conditions
